Deputy Prime Minister receives ‘crude’ speech and replies ‘That is not what most Australians think’

Australia news- Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce's motorcade encounters an angry man while walking down a busy street.

A video clip circulated showing one of the drivers getting out of his car to make an obscene speech at Joyce while police officers stood between them.

The congressman's motorcade was on the New England Highway near Armidale and stopped to receive a phone call.

During the stop, the person approached his four-wheel drive vehicle and addressed him with obscene words to him and his convoy.

A woman appeared in the car trying to calm the driver and bring him back to her, but he went back out to Joyce and continued to slap him.

Hours later, Joyce said he was grateful to his security team who had ensured his protection and emphasized that this position did not reflect the opinion of the majority of Australians.
