Doha will host the play-off matches for the 2022 World Cup qualifiers

The International Football Association “FIFA” (FIFA) announced today, Wednesday, that Qatar will host the two qualifying play-off matches for the 2022 World Cup next month.

The Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium in Doha will host the two matches on June 13 and 14.

Australia meets the UAE in Doha on the 7th of next month, and the winner of them will meet with Peru on the 13th of the same month in the qualifying play-off for the World Cup, and the winner of that match will qualify to face France, Denmark and Tunisia in the fourth group of the World Cup.

On June 14, Costa Rica will meet New Zealand in the World Cup qualifying playoffs, and the winner will face Germany, Spain and Japan in Group E.
